1. Service Description

GapFind analyses publicly available app store reviews using artificial intelligence to identify pain points, opportunities, and market signals. The analysis, blueprints, and suggestions provided are for informational purposes and do not constitute business, legal, or financial advice.

2. Account & Purchases

Free analysis is available without an account. Premium features (validation tools, launch blueprints, and related content) require a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Because the premium content is generated immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use GapFind for your own research and business planning. You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the service
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or payment requirements

5. Data & AI Accuracy

Analysis is based on publicly available app store reviews. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Market signals, opportunity scores, and business recommendations should be validated with your own research before making investment or business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the output generated from your analyses. GapFind retains rights to the platform, algorithms, and underlying technology. App store reviews remain the property of their respective authors and platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GapFind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
